Entry 10: Wrap-up: Outcomes of the course

During the ICT course lessons we have learned a lot of things on the sphere of computer and I can say that they are very useful for our further education. According to the rule  the course should be taught on computers. But we did not have this facility. After this, we spent time to do presentation at home and showed them on classes. At the end of every month we  wrote  entries related to our  knowledge based on computer technologies. There were 10 entries. And all of them were not problematical.
 To sum up, I can freely say that this course is one of the best courses we have ever had. I do not think that it is difficult. Unfortunately, this course has finished in a very short time. The information and skills which we have learned from this subject will help us throughout our life.

Entry 2: My computer skills: Strengths and weaknesses

             During two  terms we learned Information technology so we can examine our IT skills. In my humble opinion, now I have enough knowledge to work with new technologies. Because I can use Microsoft programs without any difficulties. Also I know computer’s keyboard’s ability, that’s why I can easily use them depending on their functions. Furthermore, I know exactly working with computer’s additional tools, how they join together, give what kind of opportunities  and so on. And I can make any kind of tests, questions , as well as e-books  using iSpring program. Nevertheless, I have  some weaknesses with IT which I sometimes face when doing lessons. Entry 4: Am I slow or fast reader? (based on internet offered tests results)

      http://www.readingsoft.com /     I consider myself as a fast reader according to my online test results.       Usually, fasters are considered as   readers 400 or 500 words in one minute. To my mind, there are many pros of being fast reader for myself  in order to manage the given time for doing the test. For instance, after completing to read the question quickly, I have enough time to analyze it and find the correct answer connecting with other materials which explain the given issue. Firstly, organizing the time  properly I answered known questions so that I will have enough time to think about difficult ones. Moreover, these following things which I typically do help me to achieve high results:  -  to pay attention the purpose of the question; -  to understand  its main idea, look for; -  to underline key words , basic details.
